What are your Kangi Hooded Towels made from?

The Kangi Hooded Towels are made of 100% ultra soft cotton velour outside (340gsm) and absorbent cotton terry interior.

How do I care for my Kangi Hooded Towel?

We know you want your Kangi Hooded Towel to stay soft and cosy for many years to come. So following our special care guide will help you get the absolute best results!

  • Hand wash or Machine cold wash on gentle cycle at 30°C.
  • Line or Air Dry.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • No bleach or softeners.
  • Do not dry clean or iron.
  • Wash with similar colours.

What's your packaging made from?

At Kangi Australia we are serious about environmental sustainability. That's why we use plant-based home compostable packaging, and strive to minimise unnecessary waste in everything we do.

We use Heapsgood compostable packaging made from cornstarch, PLA (vegetable based plastic material), and PBAT (composting co-polymer). Our Heapsgood mailers are certified in accordance with Australian standards for degradation and toxicity AS 5180 and AS 4736.

Our thermal shipping eco-labels are also 100% plastic free, and home and industrial compostable.

How to compost our Eco mailers and labels:

1) Cut off the adhesive strip at the top of the Eco mailer and chuck it in the bin.

2) Chop up the rest of the mailer into small pieces and put it into your compost.

3) The mailer should be broken down within 6 months!

Where is Kangi Australia located?

We are an Aussie-owned business located in Melbourne, Australia.

What's your returns and refunds policy?

We want you to love your Kangi Hooded Towel! But if for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  1. Contact Us: Contact our Customer Service team at hello@kangiaustralia.com.au. You will need to provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition. 
  2. Prepare Your Package: Safely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or any suitable packaging to prevent damage.
  3. Shipping: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that we do not offer prepaid labels for returns; the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

I have an issue with my order, what do I do?

We thoroughly inspect the quality of each item before dispatch. But in the rare case you have an issue with your order, please read our Refunds & Returns Policy and contact our Customer Service team immediately. You can reach us at hello@kangiaustralia.com.au

Please have your order number, name and email address of the person who made the purchase, and details about the issue ready when you contact us.

What's your exchange policy?

We don't currently provide exchanges, only refunds.

If you'd like to get a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for the desired product. This allows us to process your return and ship your new item efficiently.

How does shipping and delivery work?

Currently, shipping is only available within Australia.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders within Australia. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping will vary by state and region. Please refer to the delivery time estimates below:

Metro

  • Delivery may take between 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Regional and remote

  • Delivery may take between 2-10 business days, depending on where you are located from the date of dispatch.

WA

  • Delivery may take 5-10 days from the date of dispatch.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for an additional cost. Express shipping typically reduces delivery time significantly, ensuring your order reaches you faster. Express orders may take 1-3 business days, depending on where you are located.
